Dan Zollmann is an experienced program manager who has successfully delivered a wide variety of challenging capital, organizational change and information technology projects. Specializing in pre-planning and analysis, Dan has spearheaded cost reduction initiatives that have reduced project costs by as much as 50 per cent while maintaining scope. Drawing on best practices from a variety of industries, he has led the development of AMBiT's unique approach to project and program management. Dan is a professional engineer, holds a PMP designation, and is a Prosci certified change management professional.
Jaclyn Megens MSc, PMP
Jaclyn Megens has 10 years of experience working with higher education and government organizations developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Her ability to link long-term vision to project-level planning has ensured her success in achieving ambitious project goals. Jaclyn's expertise is in simple, straightforward communication of strategic project scope, allowing her to deliver valuable projects on schedule. Her experience ranges from upfront business analysis to portfolio-level scope, schedule, and budget management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management. Jaclyn applies these skills in projects ranging from strategy development and technology needs assessments to software implementation.
Carolyn ClemisAdministrator/Executive Assistant
Carolyn is the Executive Assistant to the Principal and Financial Administrator at AMBiT. In this multifaceted role, Carolyn executes her daily activities with enthusiasm, organization, and attention to detail. Carolyn comes from an Event Administration and Employee Services background and has a strong customer service record. At AMBiT Carolyn provides vital support to the entire AMBiT team and is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the firm, as well as financial activities such as invoicing, AP and AR. Carolyn's academic background is in Communications.
Graham Bullen MA, PMPChange Management Practice Lead
Graham Bullen combines over twenty years of specialization in organizational development, change management and facilitation with extensive project management experience. He has worked on four continents and in a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. His particular focus is addressing the people issues that enable projects to realize intended benefits and organizations to flourish. Graham develops strategic leadership skills within executive teams, facilitates team-building processes and designs organization-wide learning strategies. He has a particular interest in diversity and social justice issues and is passionate about helping organizations achieve sustainable change. Graham has a background in organizational psychology, is a Prosci-certified change management specialist and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.

Lori Charvat is an experienced organizational strategist and coach with over 18 years of experience as a leader, change agent, and trusted advisor. She has worked with a range of clients to plan and navigate change, develop teams, and guide leaders. Having trained as a lawyer, Lori grounds her work in principles of equitable process and critical thinking. She is a skilled facilitator and a creative solution-seeker who enjoys working through the nuanced challenges that come with organizational change.
Eric Finkel JD, MFA
Senior Program Analyst
Eric is a goal-oriented, critical thinker with strong business, analytical, and creative abilities. Drawing on best practices from his careers as a lawyer, business owner, and content-creator, Eric is able to achieve strategic project objectives on schedule and within budget. Eric is a skilled communicator, with strengths in various forms of writing and other media, enabling him to effectively synthesize and convey complex information in a usable, understandable format.
Elizabeth Friesen PMP
Elizabeth draws on more than 15 years of senior management experience in strategic planning and operations. She brings exceptional expertise at engaging stakeholders to formulate strategic responses to disruptive changes in ways that deliver meaningful results. As Executive Director of the TELUS Fund and COO of Telefilm Canada, Elizabeth has overseen substantial content portfolios targeted to international viewers on multiple platforms and screens. She has led highly visible projects, negotiated public-private partnerships to transform existing business models, and energized teams working in silos to become business lines ready to embrace new technology and to improve client services.
Julia Horgan BSc
Julia has ten years of experience in consulting and project coordination. She has successfully led environmental investigations, providing strategic advice to clients regarding site condition, land use management and remediation. She has also coordinated several large scale international mining projects. Since joining AMBiT, Julia has supported assignments with Kwantlen Polytechnic University, the BC Ministry of Advanced Education, the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine, and all seven of the Claremont Colleges in California.
Lee Ogmundson BA, PMP
Lee has worked on curriculum renewal, capital infrastructure, and strategy development projects for AMBiT's post-secondary and medical education clients. Recent assignments include providing planning and implementation support to the University of Washington School of Medicine's curriculum renewal process, coordinating the audiovisual integration and governance structure for Vancouver Island's newly-established Centre for Interprofessional Clinical Simulation Learning, and conducting an in-depth analysis of options for distribution of a graduate health professions program for the Ministry of Advanced Education.
